How Do i use a Virtual Master Card?

I Got a $10 Virtual Master card from HP for filling in some survey. I am unable to use it anywhere in India, where i live. This includes online sites like amazon, google play or even ali express. 

Does anyone know how i can use this? 

 

If there is no way, then i am also willing to give it to someone rather than letting it go waste, as it expires in october 2018

I'm not sure probably try connecting it to a PayPal account and purchasing something?

Can you use it for store credit?  Somewhere like Steam, maybe?

 

Or use a VPN or Tor to mask your location & try to purchase again.  Though not sure why being in India would be a problem.
