iv owned xbox first but after getting the PS4 , its just way better with great games and the controller has a built in aux connector making it awesome to play at night without distrubing anyone sleeping

i really wonder if i should upgrade from ps4 to ps5 next year. any idea how much is the ps5 gonna cost?

I've read it could cost like 600$, iirc the ps3 was initially sold for that price (600 euros in Europe) but lots of people thought it was too expensive, it included a bluray player when bluray players were really expensive, so it made sense, I guess the ps5 will include a 4k bluray player and it could be a really big improvement over ps4's specs and it could include backward compatibilty to play games from all the previous Sony consoles plus playing games in streaming and a better VR experience, all of that could maybe justify the initial high cost and after a year or two I guess it will be cheaper, but it could also be released for just 400$, who knows.

 

I've also read that there could be 2 versions of the ps5, that Sony could release a "Pro" version from day one, so there would be a better Pro version with better specs and also a cheaper model for people who don't want to spend too much in a console, maybe a 400$ "normal" model and a 600$ "Pro" model.
