I have express VPN, but still i cannot bypass this regional restrict from netflix or hulu. It works in crunchyroll tho. What should I do?
Any help will be appreciated.

As stated above, try changing your dns. Also, make sure you are connecting to a server that is in an unblocked region for expressvpn. Also checkout:
