Best exchange w/o tons of verification to buy BTC w/ PP

Theres only 1 real place i know that accepts PP the only problem is its like a 15% fee or something its called Virwox you basically buy Second Life Lindens (SLL) with PP and convert it to BTC and cash it out

Only way you are going to be able to buy crypto with PP is through forum sellers. They will charge a high premium, as they are willing to undergo the risk of you chargebacking.
