Sentry MBA missing buttons

As you can see there's a "downward arrow" missing on both Site & Switch Site line, I even downloaded it from here/sentrymba forum.Unfortunately it never solved the problem . If you got any tips to make that gay shit appear i'd be glad

maybe try this ?

something wrong with your pc/rdp mate

 

try to reinstall the lastest net framework supported in your system

 

try to reinstall all microsoft visual C++

 

and see if this will fix your problem, if not then try to setup new fresh windows

I keep on skipping windows updates, runnning on Win7. Idk maybe instaling latest .net framework would solve it, bcs what u proposed requires lot of god damn work , and ty for the response
