I read a post that said use Sandbox so u can protect your self from virus that can be inside of checkers etc. Someone commented the fact that it doesn't matter since people found a way around this so how should u protect yourself these days?

Run your suspicious software on VPS, that's the only possible way to don't get infected by sum shit.
