Orcus Cracked compatible with Orcus uncracked?

could anyone tell me, if i use orcus 191 cracked to make the server then. will the server made in the cracked version connect with the reall uncracked version?

 

and will this stop you getting your licence banned?

 

not that im doing anything wrong.
