How to unredeem Amazon Gift Card and use it on another account

As the title says "How to unredeem Amazon Gift Card and use it on another account" - I just tested this method yesterday.

 

Requirements:

- You can't unredeem the gift card if you used its balance.

- You must have the full gift card code.

 

Amazon.COM

1. Go to https://www.amazon.c...mer/contact-us? and login to your account if necessary.

2. Select "Prime or Something else"

3. In "Select an issue" select "Gift cards and promotions"

4. In "Select issue details" select "Move funds to another account"

5. After that click "Chat"

6. Now you will talk with a support agent... The support agent will ask you which gift card you want to unredeem, and he/she will ask you to write the full gift card code.

7. After some minutes, the support agent will unredeem the gift card for you.

 

Amazon.CO.UK

1. Go to https://www.amazon.c...mer/contact-us? and login to your account if necessary.

2. Select "Prime and more"

3. In "Select an issue" select "Gift cards and top-up"

4. After that click "Chat"

5. Type "i want to move funds of gift card to another account" and start the chat.

6. Now you will talk with a support agent... The support agent will ask you which gift card you want to unredeem, and he/she will ask you to write the full gift card code.

7. After some minutes, the support agent will unredeem the gift card for you.

 

Amazon.DE

1. Go to https://www.amazon.d...mer/contact-us? and login to your account if necessary.

2. Select "Prime und Sonstiges"

3. In "Bitte wählen Sie ein Thema" select "Geschenkgutscheine & Aufladung"

4. After that click "Chat"

5. Write "Ich möchte die Mittel auf ein anderes Konto verschieben" in the question field then start the chat.

6. Now you will talk with a support agent... The support agent will ask you which gift card you want to unredeem, and he/she will ask you to write the full gift card code.

7. After some minutes, the support agent will unredeem the gift card for you.

How they can misuse this? it is not secret btw, it is on the Amazon support page.

with some tweaks, ppl can revoke the redemeed gc right ? assuming they have the full gc code .-.

Well, this process is not automatic so I don't think people can cheat on this by anyway.

It work for .DE and .CO.UK too - I edited the thread and added the steps for each Amazon site.
