Unfortunetely they discontinued the project and I could not find a version here that was not infected so I'm sharing a clean one. I downloaded this from the developer's own thread.
This version is, as far as I know, the latest and the last build from the devs.
Virus scan result:
Scanned the whole .rar file as the actual Quasar executable exceeded the limit of 8mb.
