[Help] LoL Cracker

So I started cracking some league of legends accounts using the Lol Cracker (cracked by Anonymous) found on this forum.

 

It works just fine but what I'm interested in is how do I change the password and e-mail of the account I cracked. In other words, how do I make the account mine?
