Fix the autism shoutbox cooldown // make it more effective

Okay so for fast typers, the cooldown is fucking annoying

 

For example, if you make a joke, and follow it by and it gets deleted, then the user reads your joke & thinks it's real and says fuck you before you post your then that's bikk sad panda moment

 

For example

 

me: @doge fuck you nigger

me: > You have an active cooldown for sending shouts, expires in: 1 ms

doge: @broge fuck you too cunt

me (0.08 sec after):

 

SAD PANDA TIME

 

NOW DO NOT REMOVE THE COOLDOWN FOR THE LOVE OF GOD but make it effective

For example, make the cooldown system detect after 3 shouts that are in the same second, but after that offense ban for 10 minutes.

So, when people will say

@doge fuck you nigger

then no banhammur nor cooldown

 

but if they say

nigger

nigger

nigger

{all in same sec}

then bye see you in 10 minutes, nigger yourself
