Thermal paste doesn't last long.

I've had to change it quite a lot recently , does anyone know what I could do for that? Could it be my paste being low quality?
I tried checking my cpu temps but they aren't off the chart or anything.

well,easiest way is to try another thermal paste,it is not expensive as far as i know..im not telling you go buy the best one,it's waste of money,just dont try using the cheapest one

try changing the amounts that you put before experimenting in buying another substitute

ive noticed a difference in the quality of the paste, 4$ paste and 25$ defiantly perform different. Also sizes/amount could be a factor
