LoL Account Checker RSO Token Error FIXED. (8.9)

Hey guys, so saw some people were having some issue with their account checker giving them an RSO error. I'll post the fix below, it's very simple settings. Just replace your settings.json with what is posted below and get cracking. This will make it a bit slower but will assure no errors in the account checker. Enjoy.
