Mass sending gmails?

How would I go about sending a html email to a list of 35k?

To send such a big amount without getting blacklisted you have to split the list or create a cron job which will do it for you. Some php newsletter system (phplist for example) can offer you this. You need a host with php and mysql and a small IT skills to install it and make it work as you wish. Phplist can offer you template managment where you can just add your HTML template or just plain text and send it to all emails. You have to be careful what you doing because you can get in some blacklist for spammers or something like this.

The price you see is if you want them to host the phplist, you can find the source code and run it on your own hosting !
