Switching means that you get whatever permissions you have when you have that usergroup selected. I'm sure what he means is that if you're say for example, myself, i have VIP but also contributor. I prefer having contributor selected but i don't get the benefits of VIP.
Maybe even have it so when someone hovers over the banner for example, it shows all the usergroups (like expands the thing or a popup or something).

Yes! but its also good if you put muultiple usergroup in your username
EX:
Electroneum
Nulled is Home
Aqua
Contributor
It will look a user more HQ
