Seriously, what's wrong?

Hey guys, so I don't really know what's wrong. Before a month or so I used to crack a lot of accounts on different sites, but now it seems like nothing will work out. I've tried new configs that I have found around, and found a lot of private proxies, private combos aswell. But this issue just keeps going:

 

 

Btw I am using Sentry MBA 1.4.1
