Did my first refund with Gucci today. After reaching out to him via Skype a few months back,
he reached out and informed me that he'd be offering his services again.
Gucci did a $1k refund for Target (US) for me.
Whole process took about 3 days, as I had the package already on the way. Easy to work with, mind the timezone difference.
