Edit : Crypting files : first result 9/49
Second result on virus total : 15/55
For the Office exploit build virus scan :
Virustotal : 5/55
Malwr.com : 1 antivirus (they wrote : "File has been identified by at least 1 or antivirus as malicious").
The file also preforms some http requests.
And it installs itself at windows startup.

Second result on virus total : 15/55
It is nice to see that the first poster did a scan to prevent others from getting infected, but this thing is malware itself.
Could you try and scan it on malwr.com? It will tell you if it adds to start up and so on 
reached quota unfortunately

oh xD i was talking about the crypter itself, not the malware, that i didn't check. but i ran in on sandboxie. all tho i will check it out cause the office builder thing did some trouble.
