Review: if I know my friend's email + I can find it in leaked db, maybe this works. But in case he/she uses different password + no leaked -> zero result.

Still a good chance to learn how people crack.

I am doing something wrong.

 

I downloaded tumblr2013 database and for example first guy in database is [email protected]:c8766a9133f161e4354a557513ada6e10db4c7da

 

crackhash.com says it is sha1 but hashkiller.co.uk gives error "Failed to find any hashes!"

 

I tried some other hash cracking websites that I found on google but none seem to be able to decrypt hash into password.
