The screenshots you show say there are way too many connections on the account. Have you tried removing the devices from it and trying again?

I didn't have a single account logged in. Later on the password didn't work.

And regardless, the issue is solved.

Its possible you had to delete devices from the accounts cp. That way it would let you connect. Is it solved now?

The original account owner eventually changed his password anyways, you can try the user/pass yourself.
