So, few days ago i wanted to exchange some money on my paypal to eth. I found this guy. Firstly i sent him 9$ but as good&services, but he couldnt accept it, so he sent me back.  the money proof: https://scr.hu/0qw78d but they were freezing on 7 days until tommorow [2 march]. Then i sent him correctly in friends&family, and got my eth. But.. today [1 march] i log in to my paypal account and i saw this: https://scr.hu/q6KNj3 . Guy cancelled the refund, which he requested, and the money are on his account. Tried to contact with him but couldnt because he blocked me on discord: https://scr.hu/ZYzBOe. Its anything for me, but i hate scammers.

I haven't cancelled the refund and for me it says it went through, I'll happily redo if you wish, you could have just pm'd me dude, way over reacted, didnt even attempt to pm me.

I removed everyone on discord because i was cleaning my friends list, i'm not going to keep you added. I didn't block you.

Paypal hasnt given me any of the money. It says refund sent and cancelled, idk.
