Amazon Refund Question!

So I bought a GTX 1080 TI (850€) from Amazon.de and tried to refund it.

I said "it´s never arrived" then they started a investigation and asked the shipping company.

They said to amazon its already delivered and signed up.

How can I bypass that now??

It's not just never arrived you can say and it's done.. Much punctuations required to manipulate. Well you tried it's good, people should keep trying new things but now try signing to the story else get someone to fix this.. Take Care!
