I'm finding for a free web host to host botnet. Is there any web server that won't suspend me if I do this??

I think it's not a good idea to host a botnet on the free hosting since it's not secured as paid ones. I remember when I wanted to create a website with IT advice and tips with the help of services where are non stop support and even a fairly powerful server. Since I live in the U.K, I decided to find a server in my country since I think it's better to start from the place where you live. Lucky me, with the help of my closest friend, I've found a list with pretty good hostings
that can provide a necessary help not expensive but pretty effective. I am using it for almost two years, and am pretty glad about the work of it.
