i agree with you cuz if they do that they will start saying things like "aklksqjdkjqslkjqlkdljdklqskd" in replace of ty so i think leave lecheers lechee and report them when u can ^^

Wont work that's the sad thing because they would write something like "aodhaoüdhaüodha" then and easy "bypass" the system 
My opinion would be something like
before someone can post to leech he has to gain contributor points, just like the leecher level but they would be given manually or he has to gain a leecher level of 50 before being able to post
That would affect that they have to contribute first to be able to get something back
