Bought VIP -- Didn't get it

Hello,

I upgraded to VIP and sent the payment via Etherum to the address provided and also the exact amount which was asked for....

This was 2 hours ago from the time I posted this, would just like to know what is going on? The time (1 hour) on the payment screen ran out and then said the invoice is cancelled and if the BTC (even though I paid ETH, it said BTC) is not accepted or something it will come back to my wallet. Like I said, it has been 2 hours and the VIP upgrade did not work and neither did the money come back.
