Yes,only way is bruteforce..
Did you try your common passwords?If none of them and you can't remember it then bruteforce is the only way..Depending on complexity of the password (Capitalization,numbers,symbols etc) it can take from days to years 
So if your password is longer than 5 chars,better leave it,not worth the time
