Communism no offense to you my friend but this is common knowledge nothing special in this guide if we can even call it a guide but i guess % of the people dont know it so i guess it is a so called ''guide''.
One more thing to change regions u need a lot of rp so if the accont is not worth very much its not worth at all to buy rp and transfer but whatever thanks.
