Can you refund if it's on a reship?
How long does the refund process take with you? (amazon)
How good is your customer support & response time?
Would you do some orders that are like $25 with a quite small minimum fee if I chose you to refund the big orders down the line (one after another)?
Do you still do this as per your thread or has it been updated?
