I get throught lots of refunder but Ron manager to BE the one who have the qualities of a great refunder.
Even if Amazon were rude, he managed to use great psycological communication to get the refund done.

I don't really want to post a screenshot of it, but I can vouch that Ron completed an Amazon.com refund for me for over 2k! I am a huge worrier, but he kept me at ease and answered my million questions. I'm hitting him up now for an instacart refund as well! I'm sure I'll be back for more and more and more

and u misslead ur customers (changing ur mind on the flow). Thats a HUGE NO !!!!!! to everyone updated:
im new into the market; i got an explanation, that if a refunder does a reship its called buy4u, but usually its a bad sign if a refunder offer reship.
this part is legit and totally my bad.
still not gonna order here anything because of "joking" about ppls english.
