GENERAL
- No refunds, all sales are final. No chargebacks. Chargebacks will result in a report to the authorities (on Nulled.to, DMCA & PayPal)
- You cannot claim any designs as your own.
- The content put into any pictures/designs is 100% the customer's responsibility.
- You cannot resell, redistribute, crop or edit any of the pictures without my permission. This includes removing Allura's credit from designs.
- On special occasions, such as logo designs, titles etc, there will be no Allura Design credit embeded into the design. Allura credit mostly applies for thread designs.
- The prices do not include any project files. You must inquire about them at our discussion. Project files can be purchased separately. No support will be provided for when you edit them. Please note, all layers of the image will be on image based setting, this includes text layers (making them non-editable).
- If you have purchased a PSD, only then you may edit the image. However, you still may not remove any Allura credit from the design, unless instructed by me. You may not snip parts of the image and use it elsewhere unless you have received permission from me.
- I do not save any animation project files as they are large in file size. So upon delivery that is the final chance to ask for changes. Changes cannot be made after that as I will delete the project file on my computer.
- Prices are not fixed and are based on per project basis. Hence, prices may vary according to the design.
- I take orders any time of day. However, I only work on/create the graphic designs Wednesday - Sunday. Graphic designs usually take 1 - 48 hours to complete. However, the maximum wait time is 1 week (however, this wait time is extremely unlikely).
- I have the right to refuse service to you and the right to cancel your order at any time. If any payments were made for that project, they will be refunded. This is the only circumstance for a refund.
- If you pay via BTC, your order will not be started on until it has at least 6 confirmations. I only accept transactions with normal transaction fees. Any RBF or other fee transactions, I will deny. I may or may not refund you. If I do, I may after 1 week and the transaction has at least 30 confirmations (transaction fee will come out the customer's end).
- I only accept PayPal from trusted users. Trusted users are defined by having either VIP or higher, at least 500 posts, 100 likes and 20 rep. I may in circumstance accept those that meet some of the criteria or are close to it.
- PayPal payments are charged an additional 20%.
- All payments must be made in full, upfront. As it is a hassle for me to watermark images to show you samples.
- If for some reason you send more than what I requested, it will be assumed as a non-refundable tip. If you have sent me extra and I have agreed to credit the extra amount to your next order, your credit will expire in 30 days. If my graphics shop temporarily or permanently closes, all active credit will be forfeited by the customer (meaning they no longer hold any credit).
- You may cancel your order 1 hour after you've placed it. However, if I have already started on the design/picture, you may not cancel. Customer pays for any refund fees PayPal or BTC fees.
- Upon final delivery, it is the last chance to request any changes free of charge. After that, any changes (including text changes) will be charged at the starting rate of $1. Unless I’ve made a mistake in the design. I don't offer a guarantee that I will have your project file to edit.
- During the design process I will be happy to make some changes. However, if you keep asking for multiple changes you will be required to pay me by an hourly rate of $20 (hiring increments of 30 minutes). This is due to the fact that I already charge a very very low amount for graphics in comparison to a full time graphics designer. While this is not a common issue, this is mostly for the 1% of customers who keep pestering me for small little changes every 2 minutes. This consumes a lot of my time.
- There are absolutely no refunds after the design is made. The only time I may refund is if I feel like I've done a bad job. Excuses such as "I excepted more", are not acceptable. If I was being paid a regular graphic designer salary, it would be another case. However, I am charging a couple bucks.
- Bribe slots start at $5+ per design. You may pay more than $5 if you wish. However, if there are 2 or more customers who have ordered the bribe slot, the customer who paid more gets first priority. If the customers both pay the same amount, the customer who ordered first gets priority.
- Bribe slots do not mean I will start your design right on the spot. It means, when I start making graphics, I will start off on the bribe slots first. If you require the design right on the spot, you pay offer me a price. However, if I am busy, I may not accept it, but you are welcome to purchase the bribe slot add on.
- All prices and transaction are dealt in USD. I will not accept any other currency.
- I can edit the T.O.S at any time without notice.
- By ordering from me, you have assured me that you have read and fully agreed to my TOS and my thread post.
LOYALTY PROGRAM
- There is no guarantee the loyalty rewards program will still be active in the future.
- The loyalty rewards program counts every single transaction made from the beginning of this graphics shop.
- The loyalty rewards program's rewards may change any time, without notice.
- The 5% off for returning customers who have spent at least $20 is only valid once per customer.
- The 1 bribe slot + 10% off offer is a recurring offer. Meaning every $80 you spend, you will receive this offer. You recieve one bribe slot and one 10% off discount on a transaction. Hence, you will receive this offer when you spend a total of $80 > $160 > $240 etc. Expenditure is accumulative.
- If there is a sale in my graphic shop, you may either use the sale discount or the loyalty discount. You may not use both in a transaction. You may however, use the free bribe slot at any time.
- Paid bribe slots have priority over free bribe slots.
