It's okay but you should've made bigger spacing where you made cuts in the letters. Would look way more better.

The main issue is the fact that it lacks contrast so there isn't particularly anything that stands out. On top of that you've got some colours that don't go well with each other. Try to find some resources online that teach you about colour combinations because they're seriously important in graphic design. If you really like red, then try combining it with colours like yellow, black and blue.
