If it's for your 18th then I suggest you, as Maxibrainz01 already suggested, to hire a professional. It's an important event, someone says the most important, so you need an awesome Canon/Nikon and someone who's skilled enough to edit the entire video. Tell me when's your cake day so I can wish you happy cake day

That's really sweet from you ^^ Then maybe I could suggest you to try it yourself using a programm called "Pinnacle Studio". It's very easy to use! Maybe you could ask her family some pics of her life so you could show all the "Steps" she made while growing up. Usually at 18s they do this or they pay a professional to make a private photo set in many elegant dresses and then make a video out of it.
