My Pc Games Laggs

Hey guys im wondering why my pc games laggs :

My hardware is ( i dont know everything so im sorry.)

CPU: AMD Athlon ™ x4 860k quad core ( 4.0ghz)

Ram : 8 gb

graka: Graphics Chipset

Radeon™ RX 460 Graphics

4GB Vram (gddr5) 

Windows 10.

 

my problem is that counter strike GO , overwatch and Heroes of storm laggs.. i have constant fps (120 fps cap) without any fps issues but it still lags.

my network ping is 27.

i mean even games like csgo laggs not hard lagg but it still does.

Anyone some tips or programms how to increas the performance or even fix the problem?

Like others said, try to update your drivers and see how well that works out. Those specs are pretty decent so idk why you'd lag :/

I can't believe you got 120 FPS on Overwatch with that cpu. Try to lower everything at minimum and use the Vsync. Probably the "lag" you have is the thermal throttling (It means you hit the maximum temperature that your cpu can handle) and it tries to cooldown "lagging". Try changing your cpu and if you cannot do that ad least to install a better cpu cooler.
