Finally I found something that will help me figure out TCP. Thank god this is in here. 

I'd also recommend seeing ngrok for tcp. It's pretty popular, and quite well-known

"commented heavily", well if this is true it maybe I will finish off my awful windows forms chat program.

 

* Update *

For anyone wondering yes every line has a comment with the excpetion of a few lines which are very obious thing such as that you could work out just by reading the line, for example "listener.Stop();" and "Console.ReadLine();".
