PORTMAPPER - Port Forward Without Router or VPN access

Hi guys,
I found a nice little program on my External Diskdrive.
I used it with Babylon back in the days, and worked for me. I had no router access, and no vpn when i was a newb lmao.
So i used this, and it worked for me, it only needs Java. Maybe some of you guys can use it. Idk just share it with you, i liked it back in the days. And never saw it on any forums lmao.
Feel free to run it on Sandboxie or a VM
