Hello,
Today i'm going to explain to you how to refund a PSN Game very easily.
First of all , the method is only working on NA Accounts (USA,Canada) , for other accounts , you should call them.
So you need to contact sony by livechat over here
Their working hours are : Mon-Sund 5:00 AM Midnight Pacific time.
Well , fill your first name/email PSN id ...
And choose General question.
Then you will have to wait the queue and when you get a sony rep just tell him that you when you launch the game your PS3(4) freeze and you was talking with a rep that troubleshooted you but you was disconnected.
Then , he'll troubleshoot you again , just say that it still don't work and that you have tried everything.
Finally , he'll ask you if you want arefund , tell him yes.
The refund takes 2-3business days to get approved.
