To much RP Gifting error?

Hi,

 

So basicly i bought an account with alot of RP, and trying to gift it to my main, but then an error occurs saying that the account has to much rp for the gift, and that i need to contact the support,

 

What do i have to do, i have like 7k RP to gift :/

u have 5 gifts per day or play with 2 pc's and gift ur self after evrey game
