Guys I found my account from "dreams" ** but yeah it's lvl 19 , token generated and wasn't used since december 2014. My question is, is this account safe to use as my main because my real main got banned? I already put my e-mail as verified one and got the 4 win ip boost thingy, but im still bit afraid. Can RITO or some1 else take this acc or am i completely safe? Sorry for this dumb question but safety 1st

It's pretty safe. I suggest you to use paypal and buy just 2,50€ / $ RP so you have a proof to recover the account if the owner recoveres again the account

It means that he clicked "verify account" on LoL page but he didnt activated it on email.
