Additional Information: I created an order for 19k Telegram members which got me 11k members, I requested the refill and they always say they will give it to me when that is not the case, now THEY DO NOT RESPONSE. Regarding the x14 boost, 3 people have left the server (it hasn't been 3 months) and now they don't even respond. Yesterday he told me to wait 24 hours to see if the refill arrives if he didn't give me a refund, more than 24 hours have passed and he still hasn't refunded me or responded to the tickets. Only one person responded to me saying the same thing for 8 days "the refill will arrive soon"

If it helps, I am also having issues with receiving what I am paying for, when you reach out for a cancelation, you get a response saying cancelation is not guaranteed. I'm not really as arsed about it though.

Remember, I have not asked to cancel because I want to but because my order from 19k Telegram members is complete and I only have 3.5k. They have been saying that they will recharge for 8 days in a row and I am still waiting and without a response on the tickets, regarding the other order. server boost left 3 people who were boosting and do not comply with their guarantee since they never give refills, 4 days waiting for server boost and no responses.

Hey, when we mention that a cancellation is not guaranteed - this does not extend to if you don't receive your service. Please PM me with your order ID and i'll make sure it gets resolved.
