Additional information : Bought crunchyroll on Jan 2024. The upgrade always down every 2-3 weeks then I have to contact him to fix and this thing is going on from 3 months, I barely even use it. Im tired to message him every 2-3 weeks asking for fix. It takes 2-5 days for him to fix
