Additional Information: Asked him on chat how can I book using his voucher. He then told me I need to write to an email address which I did. Later on they reply me that I need the email address associated to the voucher, I asked him if he would give me this email address as well, he said yes, but he just gave me the email address in plain text, not the access to it.

 

Later on, he gave me a PDF file of the voucher with some numbers on it, but when I write to the email address he gave me, they tell me that I need to write FROM the email address associated to the voucher, which he does not give me. Basically, I have a pdf file with some codes on it that is worthless!

 

On his thread or on our messages, he never said that you need to do any SE activities to use this voucher!

The user himself don’t know how to use the giftcard; I can’t teach people to write email & book for them;

 

There is no point of refunding; I told you it’s a custom order & you have to book yourself; there is no automated booking for that voucher;

Before buying, I told you they ask for the email associated to the voucher, you said that you would give me it.

You just gave me the email in plain text, which is not enough. There’s no way to use what you sold me.
