Timos contacted back Amazon to ask for the refund and they didn’t proceed it.

 

Since this date, he is constantly saying to me Timos is not answering, that he will fix the problem and if needed he will personally refund me with a tip, and he is asking me to wait, wait and wait. I left 1 week delay last week, and I have no answer from unknownluna.

Unknownluna was asking me to wait, now the legit return window is close on Amazon side (3 months since the order), and I paid him, and I still don’t have my refund. What I expect is a refund of my full Amazon order (591,95€) as he promised to do it himself if there was an issue.

This amount doesn't mean anything, as I paid him 214€ in total.

 

Also, it's not my expectations, because I want the total of the Amazon refund : after receiving a refund confirmation of 591€ from Amazon, and paid him 214€, for a refund that never happened, unknownluna asked me continuously to wait and said explicitely:

"if you don't get refunded by this month, I will personally refund you"

 

So this is what I expect (591€)... just to be clear, while I was waiting as he asked me to do, neither him or his worker worked on my order, the legit return window has closed on Amazon side and I'm fucked up.

Unfortunately that's not how it works, The amount he is responsible for is the amount you paid him, not the order amount of the amazon payment. He needs to refund you in full for what you paid for this service. 

I've contacted him and told him that he has to refund you for both payments that you sent him and not just one. He will refund you for both or get banned.

Thank you. I was more expecting for the amount of the order, knowing that he explicitly said he would do it personally in case of failure.

But I understand what you say. This is at least the minimum to recover 100% of what I paid to him. That would work for me.
