Additional Information:

I purchased $199 - 30 days of his betting signals since he advertised his platinum software has automated bets but turned out i have to constantly check his channel to manually make bets and the bets often disappeared quickly in 10-20 seconds and i couldn't follow it.

 

Then i asked him to switch my 30 days subscription ($199) to 7 days subscription ($75) but he refused to switch plan and refund the rest. His thread or discord group never stated that he doesn't offer refund money back.

Quite professional for taking the money and doesn't offer refund money back when someone wants to switch plans.

@Predictable if the customer wishes to change his subscription duration to a shorter one after noticing he won't be able to make use of it, you can oblige. Change his subscription type from 30 days to 7 days and refund the difference between the plans. You should add a disclaimer to your sales listing and purchase process to recommend buying a shorter plan first. I also recommend you create a 1 day (paid) trial subscription so that customers can check if the service is fit for their needs before committing to a longer plan.

The issue I have with this is you claim I offer to automate your betting, in fact we've been very transparent that thats not what we do at all. The signals and software is automated but nowhere does it say we bet for you so it's odd to me that you even expect this feature.

Hundreds of customers and you're the only one with this issue, my community is very happy and I'm always friendly and there to help I'm not sure what you mean how I treat users when we're a community making money and you're just looking for a way to do nothing and make money. Welcome to the real world, it takes work.
