You contacted me, asked me for a refunding service. You asked for a PM and a screenshot so I did so, after which you completely blocked me.
That is not my bitcoin wallet either.
Sending a message that states ''currently talking in telegram'' without any context, or explanation of the topic, or even stating your own contact information on the message is careless: you don't know who is receiving this message and you dont know if the person receiving this message is the person you are speaking with. This is a clear case of a triangulation scam. Somebody came to you pretending to be him, asked you for a PM, and at the same time he was talking to him saying he was you. When you messaged him confirming you were talking to him, he assumed it was you on telegram and not the impersonator. You were both careless, but you could have done better. If somebody contacts you asking for a PM, and you send a generic message with no context, you are not only falling for the scam but enabling it to happen to somebody else. It may not have affected you to be careless, but it sure did affect the person who paid thinking it was you.
The way that you should verify is through a picture of the conversation, which is extremely hard to mimic if 2 people are having simultaneous conversations + sending your telegram name to the person in the same message and the topic you are talking about.
If you had told him ''It's Binary on telegram, talking about an amazon refund'' and he saw that message, he would have realized there was something wrong here and quite possibly stopped the transaction before getting scammed.
He needs to be refunded 50% of the amount that was scammed, as a lesson for you that you need to learn how to verify without putting the person you are messaging at risk of falling for impersonators.
