This is not going anywhere. You keep repeating that he must guarantee that he paid 21k$ for this. This is not a measure of how good or bad the combos are. He can pay 21k$ for trash or the best combos in existence. The price he paid does not determine how good or bad they are for your specific target.

You want to recover your money, that's fair. However this is not how buying things works. You can't buy 100kg of bananas, receive them, and once they are close to expiration say you want to return them and get a refund because you expected larger bananas and they are small. If you never said you wanted larger bananas prior to purchasing them, the size of the banana is irrelevant in your transaction. As long as you get 100kg of bananas, the deal is done.
What you are showing me is not evidence of anything. A person saying ''be careful' with 0 context, a russian screenshot showing ''unique lines: 6455960" doesn't prove your claims, if anything, it backs his side (he provided unique lines, as per your agreement)
The burden of proving your claims is yours, not mine, not anyone elses. If you failed to arrange proper terms for your deal, then you must do the work to prove that he is giving you trash saying it's gold. Just the fact that you got low number of hits (a matter of opinion) is not evidence that he provided bad combos, only that they didn't meet your expectations which should have been cleared from the start to avoid this.
