Hello, after doing the usual steam deck S/N SE they finally got to the return portion and usually they provide a label for you, however this time they are saying I am responsible for the shipping costs and label. They also specified word for word "In the event of a problem with your shipment, you will need to work with the carrier directly." Is steam deck S/N SE dead?
