Additional Information: I want to first say that I have nothing against Radiant, I'm also very thankful that he provided me upgrades for a very long time, and I'll still keep using him. However, I'm unfortunately forced to create this dispute since we weren't able to come to an agreement. On the 31st of December I bought a package containing several lifetime upgrades, the most relevant ones in this case are Apple One Family and setapp. It took him a long time to complete the others (Brilliant and Office), and Setapp unfortunately still hasn't been provided to me. Apple One was only received recently (1,5 months after the purchase), and it was for a single user instead of the Family plan. More importantly, it gives me quite a few critical issues where I cannot find a workaround. He upgraded my personal account using an Indian payment method, which set my Apple account's location to India. This has caused several problems:
- I keep receiving errors that I can only use my Apple ID in India when trying to stream music. When it disappears, a lot of my favorite music in my playlists isn't accessible due to licensing restrictions in India. Eventually it comes back, I don't know how to fix it, but it's very annoying.
- A few job apps are doing difficult due to region change. But this is a lesser problem since I can access them through a pc (still inconvenient however).
- Most importantly, it removed my original payment method, which disabled my app subscriptions. I cannot add it back due to only Indian payment methods being the only option, which makes me unable to resubscribe to my apps.
- My iPhone has a work profile, and I'm afraid it'll cause trouble in the future with mandatory work apps (this isn't the case yet).
These issues are not workable for me and I would like to get refunded for the Apple part & receive instructions on setting my region back to my original country. In private chat, Radiant refused to refund me and has argued that he communicated about the region change in his lounge post on Telegram as well as his thread. However, I haven't seen the lounge post and I find this argument to be not valid because he cannot expect that a customer will always look in his lounge (in my case I'm in a lot of Telegram channels so it's for me not possible to keep up). If you look at his profile on Nulled, he has dozens of threads and there it's even more difficult to keep up with communicated information & I don't think it's necessary to look at all these threads before purchasing. I saw the Apple One option listed on his website, which never mentions anything about a region change. For me the most important way of communicating important information like this, is when the purchase happens through personal messages with Radiant, where he hasn't provided this. Even then, more importantly, he hasn't communicated on the possible negative effects that it could have on an account. I would never have bought the upgrade in the first place if I knew that it would cause all these issues.
So I would like to receive a refund, and I also hope that I will receive my Setapp upgrade asap.
Again, I want to reiterate that I have nothing against Radiant and that I'll continue to use him as my main upgrader. I'm 100% sure that we can come to a solution in a mature way. Thank you.
