Short Description Of Product/Service: Bought a Alienware monitor SE Service, was promised it to be done within a week. A month later the seller says he is unable to do it and offers a refund. Ghosts after sending my btc details. There isn't telegram chat of me sending btc because of the 1 month auto-delete feature. Only have an email confirmation sending the btc. The amount sent (375) is half of the payment. The other half was agreed to be sent after shipping confirmation
