Sent him 4.5k of uk mail access

3.5k was btinternet
1k was talktalk/tiscali

Our deal was 200$ for 1k that he was supposed to pay me

They guy replies every 4 days and acts like he doesnt remember why i’m messaging him

I would have hoped to have solved this between him but he just makes it impossible to deal with him.

I was going to let him off with 600$ since we had good history but the guy has no morals when it comes to business hence why I want the full amount not 600$

Tried to be reasonable with you on telegram and was going to accept 600$ for all times sake but you dont deserve it.

So i want the original amount agreed which is 700$

If the buyer offered to pay 600$ and seller agreed I don't see the point of this report. If you want to make a deal and not negotiate, settle on the price before dealing, and don't accept offers. There was clearly a negotiating deal here where in previous payments, you negotiated as well. This sets a precedent. Stick to your price, and settle the price before completing the deal to avoid misunderstandings.
