I've been using a stolen Instacart account for about a week now - made 3 deliveries to the same address and even put my phone number in for the delivery person to contact me. Bought a total of about $400 worth of goods.

Today, when the delivery person came she was on the phone with the owner of the account, who told her that I stole the account (the owner texted the delivery person to call her number using the chatbox). I told the delivery person she should hang up because its a weird phone call, and she agreed and hung up and literally just told me "tbh I don't care if your a scammer" and left.

I'm still worried. I quickly changed the password on the account and even changed the email, number and address on the account (which I don't think really helps). 30 minutes later, I tried logging in and the account was deactivated.

Will InstaCart report my number and address to the police?

You'll be fine.

Best case going forward if you decide to keep using stolen accounts is to use phone numbers and address that aren't yours.
It should of been obvious but that's neither here nor there.

It would be worth the hassle to seek legal actions if the amount of money was over $1,000 yet it isn't. The court fees and lawyer fees alone will top $400.

Be smarter going forward though.

That is extremely risk, but maybe try not doing that cause it's almost in a sense, self doxxing

"made 3 deliveries to the same address and even put my phone number in for the delivery person to contact me."
I think you realized what you did wrong yourself.

However just like the others said you will probably be fine since InstaCart thinks you probably just used some online service and didnt know much more.
Theres literally nothing they can do if you just say you have no clue it was stolen acc and blahblahblah just act innocent and theres nothing anyone can do

just say someone is harassing you that has your number and started sending this service to your home. You should do other stuff like pizza delivery to your address and save it as proof so it's not as obvious if you make it obvious and cover it up
